We are seeking a self-motivated Site Supervisor eager to take ownership of complex projects and grow their career at a successful builder with a solid pipeline of projects.

About the role
As our next Site Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of complex live-environment projects from site establishment through to handover. You’ll manage client and subcontractor relationships, ensure site safety, and oversee project schedules. Using first principles building methods, you’ll solve technical challenges on-site and identify additional scope as it arises in existing buildings. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team that has your back every step of the way, allowing you to focus on delivering quality, efficiency, and innovation on every project.

About you

• Have experience as a Site Supervisor on complex remediation, rectification, or refurbishment projects from start to finish.
• Hold a QBCC Site Supervisor Licence, OHS White Card, and are computer literate.
• You prioritise safety above all else, ensuring the highest safety and quality standards are maintained on site.
• You run a clean, organised, and well-structured site, understanding that this is essential for smooth operations and successful project outcomes.
• You take a commercial view on projects, balancing costs, requirements, and quality to make informed and practical decisions.
• Thrive in dynamic, live environments, spotting challenges early, pivoting quickly, and turning obstacles into wins.
• You are a natural communicator who effectively manages clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors and foster a site culture that motivates productivity and project success.
• You are looking for a supportive, team-oriented company that offers progression, stability, and a secure career path.
