Building Pathways is McNab Group’s work experience and early careers program, designed to give people real exposure to the construction industry and meaningful career opportunities.

Aimed at senior high school students and early career entrants, the program offers structured pathways across University, Trade and Trainee streams, with the opportunity to progress into Cadetships, Apprenticeships or Traineeships.

University Path
