Interview
We’ll get to know you through up to 2–3 conversations, either in person or online, to understand your skills and how you’d fit with the team.

Pre-employment checks
Depending on the role, we may complete checks such as a medical, reference checks or verification of relevant licences and records.
We’ll let you know exactly what’s required so there are no surprises.

McNab offers a wide range of opportunities across construction, development and support services.

Our roles span project delivery positions such as Site Managers, Project Engineers, Contracts Administrators, Estimators and Trades & Labour, through to corporate and support functions including Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, Procurement and Administration.
