Our Cadet Program has been designed to fast-track your development.

You'll gain hands-on experience across areas including:

You'll work alongside experienced Construction Managers, Project Managers and Contract Administrators who genuinely enjoy mentoring the next generation.

You'll be trusted, challenged and supported from day one.

What you'll be doing

As part of the team you'll help:

• Review contracts and prepare subcontractor agreements
• Assist with cost reporting, payment claims and invoices
• Coordinate consultant meetings and project documentation
• Support quality, safety and environmental inspections
• Learn how major commercial projects are planned and delivered from start to finish

• Is studying Construction Management (or a similar degree)
• Is motivated and eager to learn
• Has a positive attitude
• Communicates well with people
• Takes initiative
