Based in Brisbane, you'll play a key role in growing and leading McNab's commercial Ceilings & Partitions capability across South East Queensland. Working closely with our Construction Managers, Project Managers and site teams, you'll help deliver quality outcomes, support the development of our people and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys being around the work, leading from the front and building strong relationships with both clients and crews. You'll bring strong technical knowledge of commercial wall and ceiling systems and be comfortable coordinating multiple projects while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and workmanship.

Duties

You'll oversee the delivery of commercial wall and ceiling works across a range of McNab projects throughout South East Queensland.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, mentoring and growing McNab's Ceilings & Partitions trades team.
• Coordinating labour and supporting project delivery across multiple commercial projects.
• Working closely with Construction Managers, Project Managers and site teams to plan and deliver upcoming works.
• Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity.
• Providing technical guidance and support to tradespeople and apprentices.
• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and project teams.
• Supporting the ongoing growth and development of the Ceilings & Partitions business.

What We're Looking For

• Trade qualification in Carpentry or Wall & Ceiling Lining (Ceilings & Partitions).
• Strong experience delivering commercial wall and ceiling systems.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Sound knowledge of commercial framing, sheeting, suspended ceilings, setting and seismic systems.
• Ability to read construction drawings and interpret project documentation.
• Strong communication, planning and organisational skills.
• Safety focused with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Current White Card.
• Current driver's licence.
