Construction Cadetship – McNab

At McNab, our Cadetship Program is designed for students currently studying Construction Management who want real, hands-on experience while they learn.

You’ll rotate across key areas of the business, including:

  • Construction Operations (site)

  • Estimating

  • Design

This gives you exposure to the full project lifecycle - not just one part of it.

We’re looking for cadets who are:

  • Currently studying Construction Management

  • Keen to learn and get stuck in

  • Strong team players with a good attitude
