About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Boilermaker and MIG Welder (Flux Core Specialist) to join our growing BridgeFAB team based at Acacia Ridge. This is a permanent, full-time position with great benefits, above award rates, day & afternoon shifts available and a half day on Friday! 

Key Responsibilities
As a Boilermaker with BridgeFab, your primary tasks will include:

• Cutting, shaping, and tacking steel to specifications, guided by laser-marked precision.
• Fabricating and assembling medium to heavy structural steel components.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure proper alignment and assisting with the final welding process.
• Inspecting the quality of your work to ensure compliance with internal standards, as well as HSE regulations.
• Maintaining a focus on both speed and quality while adhering to safety procedures

About You
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Boilermaker / Welder who is committed to high-quality work and adheres to safety standards. We are seeking the following:

• Previous experience working on structural steel project in a workshop environment.
• A Certificate III in Fabrication / Boilermaking.
• Experience with MIG and Flux-Cored Arc Welding.
• A focus on quality and HSE compliance in all tasks.
• Drivers licence with reliable transport to commute to our Acacia Ridge workshop daily.
• Additional qualifications such as a Forklift ticket or Cert 10 would be advantageous.
