This is a rare hybrid opportunity for someone who is equally comfortable leading a discovery workshop, getting into the detail of systems and data and keeping a complex delivery plan moving. You’ll work across McNab’s diverse group of businesses, with the opportunity to influence how technology supports our continued growth.

About the Role

Sitting within our Technology Engagement & Delivery function, you’ll take initiatives from an early idea or business problem through analysis, solution shaping, implementation and transition into business as usual.

You’ll remain hands-on throughout, asking the right questions, challenging assumptions and partnering with business and technical specialists to deliver solutions that create measurable value.

What you’ll be doing:

• Turn unclear or unscoped business initiatives into practical, sequenced and deliverable technology projects.
• Gather requirements, investigate processes, systems and data and assess possible solutions.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects, managing priorities, scope, schedules, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Partner with our Robotics, Automation and Data ("RAD") team, technical specialists, SMEs and product owners across configuration, integrations, data migration, testing and cutover.
• Understand how systems and information connect across the Group, identifying dependencies and broader business impacts.
• Translate between operational, commercial, executive and technical audiences, keeping stakeholders aligned on the problem, solution and outcome.
• Prepare solutions and business teams for implementation, adoption and a sustainable transition into business as usual.
• Maintain clear project documentation and reporting, using AI and automation where appropriate while retaining sound judgement and accountability.

What we’re looking for:

You’ll enjoy solving complex problems but remain focused on getting things delivered. You can zoom into the detail, zoom back out to understand the enterprise impact and explain both in plain language.

You’ll bring:

• Demonstrated Business Analysis and Technology Project Management experience.
• Hands-on experience shaping solutions and delivering technology projects from requirements through to implementation.
• Experience implementing enterprise SaaS platforms or complex business applications, including integrations, data migration, testing and cutover.
• Strong technical and data understanding, with the curiosity to investigate beyond surface-level answers.
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, risks and dependencies in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to communicate across operational, technical and executive audiences.

Qualifications in Business Analysis or Project Management, including certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or ITIL, will be highly regarded. Experience in construction, property, manufacturing, infrastructure, procurement or another asset-intensive environment would be valuable but is not essential.
