- Collecting incoming and outgoing mail, scanning and distributing correspondence
- Supporting general administration tasks such as invoice coding, stationery and office supply ordering
- Coordinating the office car park rotation schedule, ensuring fair distribution for Toowoomba staff
- Maintaining a tidy, professional and well-presented office environment, including reception, kitchens and meeting rooms

- Coordinating internal events and office activities (e.g. office Christmas party and staff birthdays)
About You
Your passion for variety, coupled with a customer service mindset, will see you succeed in this role. As the successful candidate, you will:
- Have experience in office administration or similar roles, ideally within a family-owned or small-medium private business
- Be comfortable wearing a few hats and taking ownership of day-to-day tasks
- Demonstrate autonomy in your role requirements
- Enjoy being relied upon and trusted
- Be organised, proactive and solutions-focused while maintaining a calm and composed demeanour
- Build relationships easily and take pride in presentation and the quality of your work
- Hold a current Queensland Driver Licence (required for mail collection)
