About the role
The Personal Assistant supports the founder's personal and lifestyle commitments by providing high-level administrative, logistical and coordination support. The role exists to ensure the founder is organised, prepared and positioned to present well across various professional activities and obligations, as well as private and social commitments.
Day to day may include:
- Assist with diary management and the logistics of attendance to those commitments, including coordinating appointments and resolving clashes
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation and ground transport
- Build detailed itineraries and manage live changes with composure and a solutions-focused approach
- Coordinate dinners, lunches, social events and speaking engagements
- Manage RSVPs, bookings, briefings and event details
- Prepare background notes and ensure the founder is ready for key commitments while on-the-go
- Handle correspondence, follow-ups, personal administration and ad hoc tasks
- Coordinate lifestyle logistics, services and other personal arrangements
- Liaise with household staff, venues, travel providers, event teams and other contacts where required
- Handle any documentation requirements - completion of forms, organisation signatures etc, and any other ad hoc duties as required
- Maintain a high level of discretion and handle sensitive matters professionally
- Spot risks, gaps and timing issues early, and resolve them proactively and calmly
About you
The successful candidate for this position will have:
- Experience as a Personal Assistant with exposure to both personal and business support, with a desirable background in supporting high-net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and/or private business owners
- Strong background in diary management, travel coordination and private event logistics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tones and represent the founder in correspondence
- High attention to detail, sound judgement and efficient follow-through
- Calm, flexible and proactive under pressure
- Confident working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Professional, polished and service-focused in all interactions
- Able to protect time, manage priorities and anticipate needs before they arise
