Hausware is a growing division of Supplyhaus, we offer a large range of stylish fittings, fixtures and sanitaryware for kitchen, laundry and bathrooms for commercial and residential projects. We provide an end-to-end solution, managing every stage from manufacturing and procurement through to delivery and project support, ensuring quality, reliability and certainty for our clients. 

We are seeking a Project Coordinator, on a 12-month fixed term contract, to cover parental leave.

Based in our South Brisbane office, you will play a key role in project coordination, estimating, procurement, supplier management, logistics and sales pipeline support across the Hausware division. You will work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to keep projects moving smoothly from quote through to completion.

Key responsibilities

  • Using our IMS Fishbowl, you will prepare detailed quotes and cost plans for prospective projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
  • Complete quantity take-offs from architectural drawings and schedules to determine product requirements and support the estimating process.
  • Create detailed product specification sheets, using Canva and supporting documentation to assist with project delivery and client requirements.
  • Liaise with local and international suppliers to source products, obtain quotations, confirm availability and negotiate lead times.
  • Manage project coordination activities across multiple jobs, keeping timelines, documentation and communication on track from quote through to completion.
  • Work closely with site teams, internal stakeholders, clients, builders and architects to resolve issues, clarify requirements and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Coordinate logistics with the 3PL warehouse to ensure product is received, stored and delivered within business standards and project timeframes.
  • Working closely with out BDM, you will maintain and manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot and support reporting across active opportunities.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks relating to pricing, procurement, logistics or delivery, implementing practical solutions where required.
  • Support quality handover at project completion, including maintaining records, warranties and relevant documentation.

 About You

We’re looking for someone proactive, organised and confident who can effectively manage multiple priorities, build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to the continued success and growth of the Hausware division.

  • Ideally you have previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry within project coordination, estimating or product sales.
  • A high level off accuracy and attention to detail is required to produce quality work consistently.
  • You are confident reading and interpreting architectural drawings, schedules and project documentation.
  • You have strong communication and relationship-building skills and can work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are self-motivated, organised and able to work autonomously while also contributing positively as part of a team.
  • You enjoy managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • An understanding of product requirements for product specification sheets would be highly regarded.
  • Previous experience using systems such as Jobpac, Procore and Fishbowl, would be an advantage.
  • A current driver licence is required, as you will visit project sites and attend our warehouse when required (own vehicle not required).
