About the role

We are looking for an organised, proactive and curious Innovation & Growth Coordinator to help support and coordinate the initiatives that keep McNab moving forward.

This role offers exposure to innovation, business improvement and strategic initiatives across the McNab Group. You'll play a key part in progressing innovation and growth opportunities across the business, connecting research, coordination, administration and delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the coordination and delivery of Innovation & Growth initiatives
• Progress tasks linked to projects, pilots, opportunities and business improvement activities
• Review tenders to identify opportunities for innovation trials or alternative systems
• Research products, suppliers, equipment and technologies to support operational improvement
• Prepare quote comparisons, summaries and supporting documentation
• Assist with procurement, including sourcing items, obtaining quotes, raising purchase orders and processing invoices
• Maintain accurate project data, documentation and reporting across systems
• Support surveys, presentations, briefing notes, trackers and research summaries
• Coordinate meetings, actions, follow-ups and stakeholder communication
• Provide practical administration and project support as required

About you

This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and the opportunity to contribute to a broad and evolving function.

We are looking for someone who brings:

• Previous experience in a project support or coordination role within construction, manufacturing or supply chain
• Experience supporting tenders, quotes, procurement, pilot programs, business improvement initiatives or project coordination
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Confidence working in a fast-moving environment and managing competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and considered updates
• The ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders across different teams and locations
• Confidence using project management and reporting tools
• A proactive mindset and the confidence to follow things through
• Comfort working with systems, trackers and administrative processes
• Curiosity about innovation, technology and better ways of working
• A team-oriented approach and willingness to jump in where needed
