Potential Opportunities at McNab Property

Future opportunities may span Assistant Development Manager, Development Manager and Senior Development Manager positions across our Gold Coast and Brisbane offices, depending on our business needs and development pipeline.

Our development professionals contribute across the property lifecycle, which may include:

• Identifying and assessing development opportunities, including site acquisition, due diligence and feasibility analysis.
• Contributing to development strategies, product concepts, funding and commercial outcomes.
• Collaborating on product positioning, sales and marketing strategies to support project performance.
• Working closely with construction teams, consultants, authorities and other stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
• Monitoring project performance, identifying risks and resolving challenges to achieve development objectives.
• Building strong relationships and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.

We value people who combine commercial acumen and market awareness with strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills. A background in property development, particularly across multi-residential or commercial projects, is relevant to many of our opportunities. Qualifications in property, business, property economics or related disciplines may also be advantageous, depending on the role.
