About the Role

McNab are recruiting an Executive Assistant to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. We’re looking for someone who will act as a genuine operational partner and trusted extension to the Leaders you support.

Working closely with the construction leadership team, you will sit at the centre of how they operate: helping to bring structure to complexity, driving clarity through fast-moving priorities, and their energy is focused on the outcomes that matter most.

• Have solid experience supporting in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being across the breadth of what they manage.
• Bring a strong operational mindset. You think like an operator, not an administrator.
• Have strategic awareness paired with practical execution. You can see the big picture while keeping hold of the details that matter.
• Build rapport with ease, forming strong relationships with Executive / Leadership teams and external stakeholders alike.
